FAQ: What are your customer service hours?

Answer: Our team of customer service agents will respond as soon as possible. Due to a surge in requests, please allow my team 1-2 business days to connect back during the hours of M-F 900-1730 PST.

FAQ: Where can I find sizing information for your products?

Answer: Sizing information can be found on each product page, typically under the size selection options. If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support.

FAQ: How do I track my order?

Answer: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

FAQ: What is your return policy?

Answer: Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days of receiving your order. You may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. Please visit our Returns page for more details.

FAQ: Do you offer exchanges?

Answer: Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow our return process and place a new order for the desired item.

FAQ: What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

Answer: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support immediately with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

FAQ: Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Answer: Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes. If you need to cancel the order, please contact customer support within a short timeframe, and we will assist you. You can also contact us through our Contact Form. 

Please note that orders that have already been processed cannot be changed or cancelled and must be returned. For help initiating a return please refer to our Returns and Refunds  page.

FAQ: How do I return my order?

Answer: Items purchased from Gabardine Grove   can be returned within 14 days of their delivery date.
To initiate a return for an order placed on Gabardine Grove please review the instructions on our Returns and Refunds page.

Our Customer Care team will provide you with detailed instructions to initiate your return. They will reach out to you within 24 hours of the submission of our Return Form.

Once your return shipment reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 10 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed in our Return Policy, the item(s) will be sent back to you and your return request will be denied. Once your return has been accepted you will be issued a refund to the original form of payment and you will receive a confirmation email.


FAQ #10

FAQ: Can I return items from different orders in the same box?

Answer: Regretfully it is not possible to return items from different orders in the same box, and doing so may delay your refund.
Where possible, we request that you ship returns in their original shipping box. If you received multiple shipments for the same order, we kindly ask that you return them following the corresponding return instructions received by email.

FAQ: Can I exchange my order?

Answer: We do not currently offer exchanges.
If you have changed your mind about an item you have ordered, you may return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with tags still attached.

FAQ: Can you issue my refund to a different payment method?

Answer: All refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
